In December 1998 the "MOTELL" Limited Liability Company was created by a notarial deed. The Company's Shareholders include: Polish Petroleum Concern "ORLEN" S.A. seated in Płock, "Hawełka" Sp. z o.o. seated in Krakow. Company's main tasks:

- ensuring proper functioning of the gastronomic and hotel business of two TSAs located on the section of the A4 Motorway Katowice-Krakow,
- organizing and running the gastronomic activity at other stations under PKN ORLEN S.A. logo.

The Company has been entered into the National Court Registry with the No. 0000007040.
